One should NEVER listen to other people's discussions through the door! That's what gets you in trouble! Lesson learned.

Don't want to hear about your pain either. Wait til you get old and we'll talk about your left leg, and your knee and your hip. Boo Hoo!

Sounds like you are having lots of fun and new experiences. When you get back home and into the breakfast group, the conversation should be stimulating!

Hey!!!! Remember me?????

Just wanted to say that you are WAY too holy! You are going to come back from that place as a priest! You watch and see!

Anyway, if I woke up in the wee hours of the morning with the bed shaking, I'd think demonic possession first and may be haunting. Never earthquake.

Holy week here was the usual. My music mixed with the Spanish music. Same old, same old.

Oh, Brian, we're so glad you go to go to Ireland! Especially to the West where Ireland is as it was. So sorry the Mass was a disappointment. Next time you go with us! Jack and Judy

I was delighted to be referenced in the beginning of this note. So glad you got to see the Book of Kells, and I agree - the long room is fantastic. If I ever marry someone rich, I'll request that they build me a library like that. And I'm not joking, your hostel in Dublin may have been the same one I stayed at while I was there (I remember the 10 people in a room full of bunk beds - what an experience).

The emotional content of your soapbox speech appeared appropriate to the event. (That's all, as counselor Devon, I will remark about that).

Seriously, you don't like Irish coffee??

And one more example of how we are similar: your closing quote mirrors how I feel every time I leave a place I've traveled to (Rome being the most recent example).

So I guess you didn't post the update that you are now fired from the kitchen b/c you didn't tell Vittorio about your trip to Ireland!! Now with you gone he is moping around the kitchen asking when you will return. No doubt you will be re-hired immediately on return!
